I went to the gym last night and joined in on a step class. It was an hour long and it was excruciating! For about 40 minutes STRAIGHT, my body was pushed to its limits. Then for another 10 minutes, my abs were tested. I really enjoyed the 10 minute stretch and cool down the most though! It was fun. But I learned 2 things in that class. 1- I'm not very coordinated anymore. 2- I'm not ambidextrous in even the slightest sense. We learned a routine that was about a minute and a half long on the step boards. (actually 2 boards set at a 90 degree angle). Then we had to do the entire thing backwards with our left side leading. I was doing great until then. Once we did it backwards, I started to forget the routine itself. So frustrating. We'll try again next week.
So, my weigh in was pretty okay this morning. The scale said 232.4 first, then when I weighed myself again, it said 234 even. I'm not sure which is accurate, so they both go on here.
Still progress. Yay!
An hour-long class is incredible. You are gonna make such awesome progress. Today I made pancakes for dinner. Will try harder tomorrow.
