
So the last couple of days mark the first time I've actually had negative progress. Yesterday, I weighed in at 234 pounds even. And today it's up to 234.4. I know 2- 2 1/2 lbs up or down is to be expected from time to time, but I was pretty bummed when I saw that.
Now, I have to take full responsibility for yesterday's weigh in. The night before I got a McDonald's craving for chicken McNuggets at around 9 o'clock. That's never a good sign. So I went and got those along with french fries and a soda. It was as good as I thought it was going to be, but that's not good to eat something so salty and fatty that late at night.

Yesterday, I wasn't able to make it to the gym, so I think that may have been the primary reason I'm up this morning. I ate pretty reasonably yesterday. I think I only had a couple pieces of chocolate while I was cleaning. But other than that, I did alright.
Well, today is a new day and I'm heading to the gym this morning. I'm also crockpotting some meat for dinner tonight, so that should help out with my meals.

I'm shooting to be down to 230 by the beginning of next week. I think I can do it if I really buckle down and focus. I lose focus and then my drive goes right along with it. But here's to another 4 lbs!
