So I'm going to weigh myself each morning to see my day-to-day progress. Unfortunately, over the last couple of days, I have been something of a glutton and brought my weight almost all the way back up. It's not necessarily cause for alarm because my weight can fluctuate dramatically from each day and it goes right back down. So today's weigh in is ... duh duh duh DUH! 239.4
That's really only 5 pounds down from my start weight, but it's also the highest I've been in about a month and a half. So, not to despair. Today is another day. Today is another day to make better food choices and be more active!
